    Horrible place to live. Rent is extremely high and they never come to fix anything. Oh and be ready to move whenever they feel like kicking you out. They pick their favorites and allow them to break the rules. Also look forward to being sued for no reason. I moved out in May 2016 and was charged for working and not paying rent for a whole year afterwards.

    I had an excellent experience with Elliott and Trainor. My husband and I were wishing to buy a house through a private sale and we worked with Attorney Bridget Trainor. She worked diligently for us for weeks to make us the contract for deed to the house. She communicated with us consistently and provided us with the information we needed to make the best decision. She worked well with the other party's attorney and relayed information between the two groups promptly. Her knowledge and experience were impressive and we had no doubts that we were in good hands. She is also well-respected in the community as when we mentioned her name (e.g. to loan officer), they had already worked with her and expected good results. She is courteous and respectful and made us feel like we were important all the way to the closing. We were thankful we worked with Ms. Trainor to help us acquire our first house. I would highly recommend Elliott & Trainor. Updated: 2018 Bridget has now helped us with our Wills and Health directives. She is highly organized and made sure our documents are perfect. Again, highly recommended.
